Bon Iver Cancels Upcoming European Tour Due To ‘Personal Reasons’

Bon Iver took to twitter today to announce that they will be cancelling their 2017 European tour,  which had dates set from Jan. 22 and Feb. 20.

The 10-nation journey was set to start in Paris, travel through Scandinavia and Western Europe, and end with five dates in London. Bon Iver mentions in the twitter announcement that the tour has been canceled for “personal reasons,” adding that tickets will be refunded at point of purchase and the dates have not yet been rescheduled. However, the message shared on the band’s social media accounts assured, “We will be back.”

 Bon Iver is still scheduled to honor its tour commitments beyond Feb. 2017, including performances at both weekends of Coachella as announced Jan. 3.
